About this class:

Looking to add some fluidity to your movement? Use momentum to achieve an effortless (yet powerful!) flow with the Low Flow class! Transitions are everything for a seamless and controlled flow, something we’ll cover in this Low Flow time together. You do not need to be able to climb or invert to attend this class, though comfort with basic pole spins and moves is recommended! This class is for Level 1 and above.

Equipment Suggestion:

Knee pads and/or leg warmers suggested but not mandatory (both available for sale if you are in need).
